Our Rates

All the contracts cover any equipment or software needed to run the company including home office setups and handheld devices. Contracted clients have priority access to the helpline; operating 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday answered by our engineers and out of hours messaging service which emails the support engineers your message.

Site Visits
Contracted clients	£66 ex VAT per hour minimum of one hour, billed in half hourly increments.
Non-contracted clients	£90 ex VAT per hour minimum of two hours
Remote and Phone support
Contracted clients	£55 ex VAT per hour billed by the minute
Non-contracted clients	£90 ex VAT per hour minimum of half an hour, billed by the minute there after
Support and Maintenance Contracts
Control Esc offer a range of support contracts to suit all businesses. Examples of typical contracts:
Small company without a server	£50 ex VAT a month (includes ½ hour a month of telephone support)
Small company with Small Business Server	£175 ex VAT a month (includes 2 hours of server checkups and ½ hour of phone support per month)
